This article is a transcript, of a photo-copy, of the will of one, Agnes Weigel. The photo-copy being in the possession of this writer. It is appropriate to note that the individual named below as "Agnes Wigal" is listed in our genealogy pages as Anna Weibler Weigel, wife of Daniel Weigel, the oldest ancestor traceable in our Weigel heritage. Daniel and Anna's background was traced to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Although little is known of Anna (Agnes) background, we know that Daniel and Anna's three oldest children were baptized in The First Reformed Church of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The difference in spelling of the names could well have been one of education, or lack thereof. Numerous abnormalities are noted in the spelling of names within this will when compared to family Bibles and other notes.
